What we do - Individuals
thecallsheet.co.uk is for freelancers and production companies alike. Designed to help freelancers find work, to help production companies find freelancers and to allow everyone to operate in a smarter, more cost effective way.
Firstly, you need to qualify to become a member. We only accept those with a minimum of 10 credits or 2 years in the Film, TV, Commercials or Promo's industry. Regretfully, we do NOT accept short films, unreleased films, corporate films or student films as professional credits. We will, in some cases, offer a 'newcomer account' if you don't meet our minimum entry criteria (see below for further details). Equally we are not a site for actors or background performers. We exist behind the camera only.
There are two options for members; free or Full Pro. Our recent growth has led to changes in the way that we allow registered users access thecallsheet.co.uk services. From January 23rd 2013, we will be introducing a small charge of £14.99+VAT per month (£9.99+VAT discounted rate) for access to the Chase List, Jobs Board, Online Diary Service and being on the top of the search results. Registered users will still be able to access the Profile & Database, Crew Search, Company Directory, Interviews, Blogs, Downloads, News, Glossary and use the in-site messaging service for FREE.
• A Chase List of upcoming productions across the UK. No short films. We often post exclusive contact details in arrangement with the production offices who are expecting your contact.
• An Online Diary Service & profile page - This service will make it easy for production companies to see when you're available. Your online CV will follow an 'IMDB' style format where production companies can see exactly what you've worked on and who you've worked with, with a database of Film, TV, Commercials and Promos. The database currently has over 8000 productions.
• A Jobs Board - We only accept jobs that pay a proper wage, no advantage taken!
• In-Site messaging. With the option of keeping your email address private and using the internal system to message other members.
• Directory Services - Over 4000 companies recommended by your fellow professionals have made it onto our list.
• Discounts - Various, watch the site for up and coming discounts.
• News and tweets from the world of Film, TV, Commercials and Promo’s.
• Expert Blogs from financial advisors, Holder & Combes.
• Interviews with the great and good of the industry.
• The Glossary - a wiki for all Film & TV terminology.
• FREE download templates - continuity sheets, callsheets, pencil sheet, storyboards, casting head-sheets and more...
