Who it's for

We are looking to develop the skills of current working HETV crew.
This is NOT an entry-level scheme, but for those who have production office experience.

We’re primarily looking for candidates with HETV credits under their belt or a wealth of non-scripted production experience and a strong commitment to move into HETV.

This is a scheme for current, working production assistant, production secretary or assistant production coordinator to develop a deeper understanding of the production process, to become more confident in the role and improve your skills.

An independent production manager will be reviewing all shortlisted CVs to make the final selections.
